Refund Policy

Maple Traders deals strictly in the wholesale distribution of premium engineering wood products, laminated particle boards, and MDF. Because we supply materials in bulk for commercial infrastructure and interior projects, our refund and return policy is structured as follows: 

• Cancellation & Order Revisions: Once material availability is confirmed and payment has been safely transferred to our bank account, orders are locked for dispatch. Cancellations or variations in board quantities or shades cannot be processed after the materials have been manufactured to your specific requirements or  loaded onto the delivery trucks. 

• Material Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the laminated boards, MDF, or WPC door frames immediately upon delivery at their site. Since engineering wood is susceptible to transport damage if mishandled, any claims regarding structural defects, incorrect shades, or shortages must be reported to the delivery coordinator before unloading is completed.

• Refund Eligibility: Due to the wholesale nature of our business, cash or bank refunds are generally not provided for over-ordered materials or changes of mind. We do not take responsibility for transit damage In rare instances of manufacturing defects we will co-ordinate with manufacturer  for replacement, in such cases the transport cost will be to customer account \
